keep your body and mind fit!

Campus lifestyles sometimes make us too busy to take care of ourselves especially in health. From our personal view in campus, some students are not very particular in selecting what they eat everyday.
Vegetables and fruits suppose to become our best friend in every meal. It contains essential vitamins, minerals and fiber that may prevent us from diseases. Balance diet need to be maintained so that we are able to go through our busy lifestyle. Having a fever or else will affect our concentration and focus in class. We also may skip several lectures and tutorials.
We also need to be active in sports or even jogging for at least twice a week. Constantly active will boost up our stamina so that we can be more energetic for every class we attend and will not easily get tired.
Eat right, go out and play will help us to study much better. Have any doubt? Try it out then!

  1. Hello girls.. im totally agree with you, but as we already know. There weren't enough healthy food served at our cafe. Most of the vagetables were overcooked, and the food were too oily as well. Sometimes, i didn't know what to eat when it comes to luch time. Please give me some good ideas in controlling what im eating.
